TET flavours at
ANA MANDARA VILLAS DALAT
T
et – or Lunar New Year - cuisine is a key
part of Vietnamese culture. The abun-
dance of a New Year meal not only sym-
bolizes the wealth of a family, but also
has high nutritional value to boost health. At
Ana Mandara Villas Dalat during the Tet Holiday,
you can enjoy various Vietnamese Tet classics
with a twist.
With many years of experience as well as a
deep understanding of each nutrient and local
ingredient, our chef has created dishes with new
flavours while retaining the essential characteris-
tics of Tet cuisine.
The main dishes prepared by the executive
chef of Le Petit Dalat restaurant still retain the
flavour of each ingredient but they are skillfully
blended together to captivate customers.
The fresh ingredients are hand-selected by chef
Huong from the most prestigious suppliers in Dalat
and other areas. He puts his heart and soul into each
dish to elevate Vietnamese cuisine to a higher level.
This year, Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Restau-
rant’s chef has created stewed artichoke broth
with pork leg with some typical spices of Dalat.
The rich and nutritious dish is beautifully pre-
sented and tastes delicious.
In the chilly air of a Dalat evening, the whole
family can gather around and share a delicious hot
bowl of soup creating unforgettable memories.
