Vietnam’s largest agriculture trade fair opens in Hanoi
The 14th International Agriculture Trade Fair (AgroViet 2014), which runs from November 14-17, got underway in Hanoi with more than 200 enterprises showcasing their wares in about 450 pavilions.
This year’s fair has experienced a significant increase in the number of enterprises from Japan and China along with a rise in the number of participating non-governmental organizations, multi-national enterprises and foreign embassies.
The fair has been aimed at providing a much needed boost to agricultural production, rural development and investment, the Trade Promotion Centre for Agriculture, who organized the event announced.
It is also aimed at providing an opportunity for enterprises to introduce the latest in science and technology advances and share experience on approaching the state-of-the-art technologies in production.
