After three days of performances from both international and domestic artists, Monsoon Music Festival 2017 closed with much emotion for Hanoi's music lovers.

The first day opened with four music sets by English band BUD, The Other Shi from Germany, as well as Ngot, Touliver, and Slim V from Vietnam, each representing four music genres, namely Pop, Indie Pop, Indie Rock, and EDM.

The performances of Ngot were considered the highlight of the first day and the band did not let the audience down, going through their hit songs like So Cool, Khong Lam Gi, Nu Hoang Bi Kich, Bartender, as well as Kho Bau.

The performances of DJ Hoang Touliver and Slim V perfectly rounded off a great first day.

The second day was considered the peak of the festival with five music sets from Lavancanxe from Slovakia, Dong Hung and Dalab from Vietnam, Lowly from Denmark, and I Wear* Experiment from Estonia.

One of the special events of the second day was when Quoc Trung, musician cum producer and director of Monsoon Music Festival, himself accompanied and sang for his student Dong Hung’s performance.

Dalab’s performance was the most anticipated show of the second day. Thousands of music lovers chanted the band’s hit songs, asking them to perform.

The last day included the most wanted names at the festival, including Lost Frequencies from Belgium, Biuret from South Korea, Garden City Movement from Israel, and Chries Minh Doky from Denmark.

Lost Frequencies holding up the Vietnamese flag on stage to the cheers of music lovers closed a full musical night.
