Announcing the launch of Sanctuary Ho Tram project’s second phase development, developer Sapphire Vietnam offers 50 per cent discount on membership fees at The Bluffs golf course, the winner of the best new golf course in the world recently.

Sanctuary is a signature tourism development on the now-famous Ho Tram Strip, a gleaming section of clean, sandy coastline between Vung Tau City and Phan Thiet.

With the first phase now almost entirely sold out, the developers have seized the moment when many local VIP guests, international visitors, celebrities and world-famous golfers are converging on the destination to launch 44 brand new villas into the market.

Representing the developer, David Clarkin, director of Sapphire Vietnam said, “We have always believed in the potential of Ho Tram as the closest quality beach destination to Ho Chi Minh City. Greg Norman’s stunning golf course reinforces that commitment and we are delighted to offer a discount of 50 per cent on new memberships for anyone who purchases a villa during the Asian Tour Ho Tram Open Event from December 3-6, 2015.”

The first phase of Sanctuary Ho Tram project comprises 28 luxury villas, widely acknowledged to be the highest standard of beachfront property yet to hit the market in Vietnam. Prices in phase one ranged from $495,000 (VND11 billion) to $1.75 million (VND40 billion).

The second phase, named Sanctuary Villas, will boast 44 luxury villas, each with a large living area, gourmet kitchen, media room, and three double bedroom suites with generous balconies.

Each villa lot averages over 420sq.m including landscaped gardens and a private plunge pool. There will also be an outdoor restaurant, reception area and a new management office.

Villas may be entered into a resort rental scheme so that owners can earn revenue during periods when they are not in residence.

Villa prices in the second phase start from just VND6.9 billion (around $305,000).

Sapphire Vietnam has become known for developing quality properties, both in the city and in resort destinations.

“We pride ourselves on delivering on-time and on-budget,” said Clarkin, whose other projects include Presidents Place, City Garden, Centre Point and most recently Holm Thao Dien, an ultra-luxury villa development in Ho Chi Minh City’s most sought-after suburb.

“We are looking forward to introducing Ho Tram to the world via the exciting Asian Tour event in December,” said Haig Conolly of Lloyds Property who are coordinating villa sales “… and we hope to meet many new friends (and also buyers) during the week of the Ho Tram Open.”

A show villa is open for the duration of the event and free transfers are offered to the Sanctuary Resort for all interested parties.
