Savico MegaMall filled up 60 per cent
CB Richard Ellis Vietnam continues to boost progress of leasing for Savico Mega Mall, the biggest shopping and entertainment center in Vietnam and the only retail development in Hanoi’s eastern area.

Currently, Savico Mega Mall has been filled up 60 per cent.
Savico Mega Mall, invested by Savico Hanoi JSC, started its construction in June 2009 at No.7-9 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Gia Thuy, Long Bien, Hanoi. It is now under finishing phase and expected to officially open in November 2011. Building B – Savico Business Center has been inaugurated and come on line since December 2010.
Savico Mega Mall includes two buildings with a total 63,400sqm space over a green landscape, offering over 30,000sqm for garden landscape and outdoor events.
A convenient parking area can accommodate 700 car parking lots and 4,000 motorbikes.
