Majestic hotel hits targets in 2010
Ho Chi Minh City’s Majestic Hotel hit its business targets this month.
Its hotel guests were up 20.79 per cent year-on-year, with revenue at VND192 billion ($9.6 million). Profits hit VND95.5 billion ($4.8 million) by 101.6 per cent against the plan and up 22.6 per cent year-on-year.
In 2011, the Majestic Hotel set a target to increase revenue by 8.54 per cent and profits by 9.86 per cent on this year’s figures.
Opened in 1925 as the city’s finest hotel, the Majestic Hotel has gone through several reincarnations over the years. Under the direction of Saigontourist, the Majestic Hotel is one of the leading 5-star hotels in Vietnam.
