Gamuda Gardens’ The One Residence has officially opened its apartments for sale at a starting price of $47,500.

Gamuda Land Vietnam last week celebrated the launch of its first high-rise apartments after a period of completing the project’s infrastructure system, villas, and semi-detached homes.

The One Residence comprises two blocks of 26-floor buildings. The apartments on offer range from 60 to 82.5 square metres. The units have a starting price of VND998 million ($47,500) and payment must be completed within 24 months. At the launch ceremony, the developer offered special rebates and complementary Gamuda Gardens Club House memberships to the first 20 buyers.

Cheong Ho Kuan, general director of Gamuda Land Vietnam said the launch of the The One Residence showcases Gamuda’s long-term commitment to integrated lifestyle township development.

“The One Residence will bring more choices at affordable prices to buyers and contribute to the dynamic and modern community of Gamuda Gardens,” Cheong said.

Gamuda Gardens offers numerous amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, spas, restaurants and conference rooms. Also located on the site is the Singapore International School, a number of retail outlets, and playgrounds and parks. The One Residence is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2016 when the final finishing touches will have been completed.

The Gamuda Gardens project is just one of four components of the Gamuda City project and includes more than 2,000 terraced and semi-detached houses, villas and apartments.
