For the second year, DHL Supply Chain Vietnam retained its top ranking in the annual awards, which are judged by customers, suppliers and logistics firms on a public website as well as by a committee of senior supply chain directors and academics.

The judging committee was unanimous with its decision based on the following DHL attributes and factors.

To retain the title for the second year running, DHL scored highly across all 11 elements of the judging criteria which included sustained growth rates, customer service level, innovative use of information technology, complexity of logistic solution as well as security, sustainability, human resources and contribution to developing local industry standards and capabilities.
