otorola Solutions Founda-
tion, the charitable arm of
global Motorola Solutions,
has announced contributions
totalling VND949.5 million ($45,000) to
two organisations in Vietnam with the
aim of enhancing public safety and rec-
ognising the sacrifice and dedication of
brave first responders across the country.
The contributions were awarded to
the College of Logistics & Technology
for People Police to fund workshops on
public safety with a view to presenting
the latest information on public safety
communication to over 200 public safe-
ty communication officials.
In addition, families of selected first
responders across Vietnam will receive
financial assistance through the foun-
dation’s contribution to the Social Char-
ity Fund’s Bravery Fund.
The contribution of VND316.5 mil-
lion ($15,000) will benefit families of
these first responders through financial
assistance in the form of new house
construction, as well as cash, gifts or
scholarships.

not only doing business, but also com-
mitted to being part of the community
where we operate. Our contribution to
the College of Logistics & Technology
for People Police and the Social Charity

to the safety of the people of this na-
tion,” said Motorola Solutions Vietnam’s
country manager Trung Nguyen.
