A group exhibition of

is set to reveal the diversity
of contemporary art in Vi-
etnam today.

Jazz nights
This
month
at
L’Espace, the French Mel-
odies group will perform
with members of the Vi-
etnam National Academy
of Music and famous art-
ists Thinh Fla, Viet Dung,
Dinh Huy and Hai Bang.
The concert will be held
on September 5. A sec-
ond jazz night, Jazz’s Edit,
will showcase performers
from the Department of
Jazz at the Vietnam Na-
tional Academy of Music
on September 12.

The second show of Ha-
noi Slam promises the audi-
ence very exciting moments
will happen this September,
titled “Lost in Translation”.
The show, in the form
of a story telling compe-
tition, features true inter-
esting stories told by the
contestants based on the
theme, live and without
notes. The show proved
to be spontaneous, enter-
taining and just a little bit
tipsy. For this event, guests
can enjoy some of cracking
cocktails.
Hanoi Slam is com-
pletely
non-profit.
All
door proceeds will ben-
efit Humanitarian Services
for Children of Vietnam
(HSCV).
The show is still-
ing looking for the tellers
who prove their prowess
in front of the mic. Please

Tra. The music night will be
diverging in genres: vocal,
solo instrument with orches-
tra, symphony, which surely
will bring unforgettable ex-
perience.
