September sees Spanish
flavours hit the Park Lounge
at Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel.
Keeping it traditional, the
chefs will present authentic
dishes. Expect Iberian ham,
roasted prawns and slow-
cooked chorizo accompa-

sangrias all served in the
boisterous spirit of genuine

will feature a variety of ir-

The TexMex evening will be
held on Friday, September
6 from 6:00 pm until 10:00
pm priced at VND525,000
per person, exclusive of ser-
vice charge and applicable
government tax. Children
between the ages of six and
12 eat for half price, while
those under the age of six
are free. The price includes
a welcome margarita cock-
tail and free flow draft beer.
