I think we must prepare to wel-
come MICE groups as it is a huge
market all over the world. There is
a place for the MICE market in Phan
Thiet, but the product should match
expectations with well-trained teams
ready to provide excellent service.
In Phan Thiet-Mui Ne there is
a possibility during the low season
from May to October to develop the
MICE market, attracting Vietnamese
companies and others from different
countries. It is important to maintain
a good level of business during the
low season. The economic crisis in
Europe and the USA is not helping,
but actually we are more oriented
to the wider Asian and Russian mar-
ket and of course the Vietnamese
market, where there is big potential
to attract MICE groups. Demand is
growing, with travel agencies look-
ing for hotels and resorts which have
the capacity to accept groups of over
100 people.

Phan Thiet is the best in Vietnam, as
