Bun Bo Hue is a popular
Vietnamese soup, contain-
ing rice vermicelli (bun) and
beef. This is one of the most
popular dishes at My Way
restaurant. Originating from
Hue, a former capital of Vi-
etnam, Bun Bo Hue is per-
fect for cold winter weather.
The broth is prepared by
simmering beef bones and
beef shank with lemongrass
and then seasoning it with
fermented shrimp sauce and
sugar for taste. Very spicy
chilly oil is added later dur-
ing the cooking process.
