A joint venture between Apave Vietnam-Apave and Vietnam Center for Technology of Construction Quality Management (CQM) has signed a contract to inspect the quality of the Lotte Centre Hanoi project, the third highest building in Vietnam.

To cover 1.4 hectares at the corner of Ba Dinh district’s Lieu Giai and Dao Tan streets,  Lotte Center Hanoi is designed to be 265 metres in height and comprise 65-floors and five basements.

After completion, the $400 million development is expected to be the third highest building of Vietnam, lower than the Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower (70 floors) in Hanoi and Bitexco Financial Tower (68 floors) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Developed by TNHH Lotte Colalis Vietnam Co.Ltd, the mixed-use project is designed and constructed by Korea-back leading architect and construction companies. Apave and CQM will go with them during the period of constructing the Lotte Centre Hanoi.

The choice of Lotte Colalis Vietnam Co. once more time affirmed ability of Apave and CQM in the eyes of international developers.
