Abbott recognised among best places to work

Abbott has recently been named among the Best Places to Work in Vietnam for the fourth consecutive year, once more recognising the company’s long-term commitment in fostering an environment where people are supported and empowered to reach their fullest potentials.

The Best Places to Work survey is conducted annually by Anphabe with expertise support of global market research company Nielsen. More than 26,000 people from 515 companies in Vietnam answered the survey. The result demonstrates the latest trends of career motivation and employees’ expectation of an ideal workplace, categorised by industries, levels, functions, geographic locations.

This year, Abbott ranks 9th among the top 100 companies across industries, up one rank in comparison with 2016. In the pharmaceutical category, it has sustained its top position for two consecutive years.

These recognitions have reaffirmed the company’s commitment in creating best possibilities for the employees to maximise their potentials and positively make changes to their own lives and others through their impactful work.

Abbott employs 3,400 people across Vietnam and commits to taking a locally-focused approach to develop local talents to their full potential.
