Vietnam exports to Mexico up 20 per cent

Vietnam earned nearly $528 million from exports to Mexico in the first seven months of this year, a year-on-year increase of almost 20 per cent.

Vietnam’s export turnover to the second-largest economy in Latin America in the first seven months maintained a sustainable growth rate.

Meanwhile imports during the reviewed period were more than $38 million, a drop of 11 per cent, according to the Trade Office of the Vietnamese embassy to Mexico.

Two-way trade between the two countries in the period matched the application of market diversification policies of Mexico.
