The Management Authority for Urban Railways of Ho Chi Minh City (MAUR) has successfully imported the second and third of a total of 17 trains produced for Metro Line 1 from Japan to Ho Chi Minh City for the upcoming trial operation.
Previously, in October 2020, the first train of Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh-Suoi Tien) also docked at Khanh Hoi port, Ho Chi Minh City.
A representative of MAUR said that the successful import of the first three trains is very important to begin trial operations.
