|Sun Casa Central will impress future residents with the apartment’s quality and sophisticated architectural style complemented by natural elements|
The representative of VSIP said tenants now value a quality living environment with a full range of amenities in close proximity to their workplace. Thus, VSIP has deployed housing projects inside its vibrant townships and industrial parks (IPs) like Sun Casa (2018) and Sun Casa Central (2020).
Sun Casa Central is located in the heart of VSIP II, Vinh Tan commune, Tan Uyen town, Binh Duong. It is only 2km from Sun Casa in Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city. With a strategic situation, the project provides convenient access to key roads in the locality.
Covering an area of 30 hectares, Sun Casa Central comprises of 879 products like townhouses, shop houses, single villas, and semi-detached villas. Designed by a consultancy firm from Singapore, the project boasts a wide range of on-site amenities serving the needs of local and foreign residents. Thus, Sun Casa Central was granted an award for Best Housing Master Plan Design at the framework of Dot Property Awards 2020.
Sun Casa Central is attracting investors with its variety of choices including design, accommodation types, and amenities. The project has a spacious living environment with a full range of amenities. The project boasts a well-planned internal road system and synchronous roadway traffic with a width of 6-15m. In addition, Sun Casa Central features a modern landscape and spacious stone-paved pavements (2.5-4m wide). It is also equipped with a modern camera system to ensure security and safety for residents.
The first phase of the project covers an area of 9 hectares, comprising of 426 townhouses and shophouses with an average living space of 100-120 square metres per unit and construction floor area of 130-150 sq.m per unit, ranging from two to three storeys. The project has a green coverage of 40 per cent, creating a vibrant living space in harmony with the surrounding natural areas.
VSIP is building a range of amenities for Sun Casa Central such as a service and sports complex (Clubhouse), two on-site parks and a central park (Sun Park), a shopping centre (The Sun Mall), and an entertainment and service zone (The Sun Containers Night Market).
“We have planned out each stage of the amenity development to ensure successful construction as committed to our customers,” the representative of Sun Casa Central noted.
Accordingly, the Clubhouse will stretch across 2ha of land including a 15X50m standard pool, a multi-purpose gym, mini football field, and restaurant. The Clubhouse is slated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021. The two on-site parks are expected to open in the third quarter of 2021. The 4ha Sun Park will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 including water fountains with laser effects, a jogging track, a central square, and high-quality landscaping.
Meanwhile, The Sun Mall will have an area of 3ha with over 100 retail booths under construction. By the fourth quarter of 2021, 12 retail booths in the first phase will be put into operation including restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store, pharmacy store, and other retail outlets.

To improve quality of life for residents, VSIP is continuing to build other amenities with its partners right next to the project. Specifically, in order to increase convenience and meet the needs of social security for Sun Casa Central residents, VSIP and its partners will build an international-standard clinic in the second quarter of 2021. With an area of 5,000sq.m, the clinic boasts more than 150 beds. There will also be the 3,000sq.m kindergarten next to Sun Casa Central that will be able to accommodate 400 children.
At the end of December 2020, the Sun Containers Night Market entertainment and service area was officially put into operation. The Sun Containers Night Market offers numerous activities from shopping to dining as well as art and music performances every night. Meanwhile, the mini football field at the area serves an average of 2,000-3,000 visitors a day.
Large land funds are earmarked by VSIP to develop other amenities for Sun Casa and Sun Casa Central such as markets, shopping malls, as well as facilities such as schools and hospitals. The developments aim to satisfy the demand of residents for entertainment, green living, and utilities.
