The corporation also signed a co-operation agreement with Greg Norman Golf Course Design Company to develop four Greg Norman golf courses in Novaland’s integrated resort complexes in the provinces of Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and Phan Thiet-Binh Thuan with the total value of $100 million.

Two of these agreements were signed at the Vietnam Travel and Tourism Summit 2018 which was held in the framework of the Vietnam Economic Forum (ViEF).
In a spectacular alignment with the national tourism development strategy, in the second phase of its development strategy, Novaland has begun to expand into the development of hospitality real estate products in major provinces that have enormous potential for tourism, including Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet-Binh Thuan, Cam Ranh-Khanh Hoa, and Da Lat.

Novaland also signed with Greg Norman Golf Course Design to develop four world-class golf courses at NovaWorld Integrated Resorts.
The first course designed by the golf legend will be launched in Phan Thiet in the first quarter of 2019 and the next will be in Can Tho province. In 2018, Novaland Group has launched operations at Azerai Can Tho Resort and Anantara Mui Ne Resort. Novaland has also introduced NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas in Binh Thuan province.
