The fair features the best of Korean cuisine through the presence of dozens of Vietnam and Korean food companies to promote trade and cultural exchanges between the two countries in 2020, especially post-COVID-19.
Each year, the event is organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (on the Vietnamese side) in conjunction with the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Korean Embassy in Vietnam, and Korea Agro-Fisheries Trade Corporation (on the South Korean side).
Since its first edition in 2008, the fair has developed into a popular event in Vietnam among youngsters and Korean culture lovers. This year, the fair comes back to Vietnam in two key events on October 21-23 and November 6-8 with the participation of various food companies from the two countries.
