Since its official sales launching in June 2010, Rung Co Apartments has been built at a fast pace by Vietnamese contractor Coteccons.
According to Ecopark’s investor Vihajico, finishing work for D tower will be done in the next 10 months.
Ecopark also opened show-apartments on tower D, giving visitors a chance to experience life in their future apartments.
Nguyen Ba Duong, general director of Coteccons, said the apartments would be more beautiful than the models.
Rung Co Apartments is constructed on 40,100 square metres. Each apartment has from two-three bed rooms and two bathrooms. Penthouses are located at the top stories of towers in 163 to 164 square metres each.
The construction of public facilities such as landscaping gardens, children’s playgrounds, clubs, technical and social infrastructure is being hastened by the developer.
Vihajico is also executing the construction of a water supply factory with capacity of 3,500 cubic metres per day, a water treatment factory with capacity of 2,700m3 per day and an 110kv electricity station.
Vihajico recently handed over first villas of Vuon Tung Gated Community and Vuon Mai Gated Community. Pho Truc Commercial Quarter, one of Ecopark miniature trade areas, has also initially opened some of its shops and its row A of shop houses will open shortly.
According to Bui Tien Hung, deputy general director of Vihajico, after two years of development, Ecopark was now marking a number of important milestones in its development including the opening of Pho Truc show-houses, the handover of Vuon Tung Gated Community and Vuon Mai Gated Community, and especially the topping out for Tower D of Rung Co Apartments.
“These are cheerful events for both us as the developer and our customers, who is waiting to enjoy their quality life in Ecopark,” Hung said.
