ConocoPhillips supports Vietnam’s education

ConocoPhillips, a US giant investor in the oil and gas field today presented scholarships to 35 students of the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology’s Petroleum Faculty.
Since 2007, the firm has been implementing the annual scholarship program to support and encourage students in the field of petroleum engineering studies who are top performers through their entrance exams and courses grades as well as their participation and leadership in class.
This scholarship program is part of ConocoPhillips’ significant commitment to the development of domestic talent and capabilities in the Vietnam’s oil and gas sector.
This is the fourth year that ConocoPhillips has presented scholarship to the university, worth up to $11,000.
