Kanhuna Ho Tram Strip is located along a 2.2-kilometre stretch of beach in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, less than two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. This high-end real estate project includes 244 single-key condotels and villas, along with 36 double-key villas and eight beachfront villas. All accommodations are available for long-term lease.

In additon, the 541-room Grand Ho Tram Strip resort and casino, the Greg Norman-designed Bluff Ho Tram Strip Golf Course, and the Gallery Villas residential complex are all under construction.

Ho Tram Project Company is currently developing its second resort—the 559-room Beach Club, located between The Grand Ho Tram Srip resort and Kahuna Ho Tram Strip.

Additionally, the Ho Tram Sound Waves music event will be held monthly at the Fountains of Ho Tram, promising dazzling night-time entertainment for the audience. Besides, 13 restaurants and bars and entertainment programmes are ready to serve visitors.

The company is working with leading international brand Wyndham Group to operate Kahuna Ho Tram Strip and to develop an international airport to attract international visitors to the Ho Tram Strip.

The high-end project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2019.
