Mercedes-Benz Vietnam last week landed in Danang with two special events - the handover of Mercedes-Benz fleet to Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa and opening of a state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz An Du Autohaus dealer in the central city.

The fleet, including three units of the renowned multi-purpose vehicle Mercedes-Benz R-Class and one Sprinter minibus worth VND10.55 billion ($507,600), will be used to serve guests of the newly inaugurated five-star Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa.

Mercedes-Benz also committed to provide Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa with not only the best sales services but also after-sales including warranties, and maintenances at An Du Autohaus, the only Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Vietnam’s central region. The total investment of the new Autohaus is $3 million.

On this occasion, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, together with An Du Autohaus Danang opened up a new cooperation with Hyatt Hotel & Resort by handing over a Mercedes-Benz fleet to Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa.

With this fleet purchase, which includes three latest-generation R300L and one Sprinter 313, Hyatt Hotel & Resort has added one more star from Mercedes-Benz, benchmarking itself for customer oriented services and enhancing the guest experinces through a combination of luxury performance services.

“The Hyatt and Mercedes-Benz, which share a long-term partnership that stretches for almost three years, are synonymous with excellence and attention to detail. The relationship began as the hotel embodied in its VIP service a fleet of five S-Class saloons in 2010. Over the years, the Hyatt has set new records with this successive order for the R-Class. We have spared no effort to ensure they have been prepared to the highest standard possible – from the car to complete service package support,” said Behrens.
