Accor adds 3 luxury and upscale hotels Laos and Thailand

Accor has signed an agreement with KS Hotels and Resorts to manage two hotels in Lao PDR and one hotel in Thailand.

Hotel De La Paix Luang Prabang and the 3 Nagas Luang Prabang will be upgraded and rebranded into Sofitel and MGallery hotels, respectively, while the Hotel De La Paix Hua Hin will become the second Sofitel So hotel in Thailand.

“Accor is proud to announce the signing of three hotels with our new partner, KS Hotels and Resorts, adding exciting new luxury and upscale options in Laos and Thailand to support the continuing growth of this segment in the popular destinations of Hua Hin and Luang Prabang,” said Patrick Basset, Accor’s chief operating officer for Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines. “These three hotels will join the network using the same names until the hotels are completely renovated in 2015.”
