VN attends high-level segment of UN General Assembly
Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will attend and deliver remarks at the high-level segment of the 69th General Assembly session scheduled to take place in New York, the US, from September 22 to October 7.

During the high-level segment, participants will focus discussions on a number of issues, including the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals and post-2015 development agenda.
On the sidelines of the segment, Deputy PM, FM Minh will attend a series of meetings like UN Climate Summit, Informal ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (IAMM), ASEAN-CELAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, ASEAN-ECO Ministerial Meeting, and ASEAN-US Ministerial Meeting.
He will also meet with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and President of the UN General Assembly John W. Ashe.
Deputy PM, FM Minh’s tour will last from September 22-28.
