Vinafood 2 hook up with HDBank
Vietnam’s state-run Vinafood 2 has just signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with HDBank.
Under the long-term deal, the Ho Chi Minh City-based lender will provide the major rice exporter, as well as its subsidiaries, with credit lines, funding and banking services.
The services include preferential forex rates, interest rates and deposit rates.
Meanwhile, Vinafood 2 will give priority to HDBank in consulting, financing or co-financing projects. The bank will also cooperate with Vinafood 2 in trading the company’s products for mutual benefit.
