Viettel Post brand gains popular reputation

The military-run Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation’s express delivery service has become the most favoured one by Vietnamese customers.

The corporation got this honour at the “Vietnam’s goods loved by customers 2013” programme jointly organised on December 28, 2013 by Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee, the city’s Central Fatherland Front Committee, and Hanoi Television.

The programme, annually organised since 2009, is for encouraging customers to use Vietnamese goods. Each year, nearly 100 enterprises and products are extolled at the programme.

Viettel Post’s express delivery service has been the sole service of the type named at the event over the past four years. This year’s event honours 41 enterprises with 62 services and products.

At present, Viettel Post’s express delivery service is used by more than 30,000 customers. The corporation has a delivery network covering the whole provinces and cities nationwide, 98 per cent of districts and more than 80 per cent of communes in the country. The network has also covered Cambodia’s all provinces and cities, and reached more than 200 nations worldwide.

Viettel Post’s express delivery service has different delivery packages suitable to each type of customers. The service is implemented via state-of-the-art technology, enabling customers to examine all necessary information on websites, telephones, messages and emails.

“We will continue perfecting our service to maximise customers’ requirements,” said the corporation’s general director Luong Ngoc Hai.
