No-frills Vietnamese carrier VietJet Air is giving away 3,000 tickets for one of its newest international routes, which connects the capital cities of Vietnam and South Korea.

The promotion for the Hanoi-Seoul service will run from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm Vietnam time every day from March 9 to 14, the airline announced Sunday.

The VND0 tickets are applicable to trips from March 20 to October 31, but public holidays are excluded from the promotion, the carrier noted.

Free tickets can be booked online via the airline’s website or its Facebook page.

VietJet Air now operates daily flights connecting Hanoi and Seoul.

A four-hour-and-ten-minute long flight departs from Hanoi at 1:45 am (Vietnam time) and arrives in Seoul at 7:55 am (Korea time).

The five-hour-and-five-minute long flight from Seoul leaves at 11:05 am (Korea time) and arrives in Hanoi at 2:10 pm (Vietnam time).

VietJet Air said the new flight has been launched in response to growing travel demand between Asia’s most fascinating capital cities.

“Thanks to this promotion residents of Hanoi will now have a wonderful opportunity to visit Seoul, where they will discover a city of contrasts with royal palaces sitting right next to modern skyscrapers,” the carrier said.
