Topless female Tarzan causes traffic jam in Vietnam
A topless woman on January 22 caused traffic jam on a crowded street believed to be in Hanoi by swinging on a tree like a female version of Tarzan.
In a video captured by a man sitting in a car travelling on the street, the woman was seen dangling, holding onto a tree branch, causing congestion in the middle of the street because drivers were afraid she could fall and they could hit her.
After a while swinging on the tree, she dropped down on a sofa people put on the street to catch her.
The woman got some minor scrapes. Local people brought her to the sidewalk and gave her water.
However, she didn’t drink but flushed the water on her head.
Some people said she could be under the influence of crystal meth.
