Tien Thinh International, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), conducted the chain of Vietnam-Australia trade seminars between June 4-7 in order to assist Vietnamese enterprises in making trade connections and learning about the Australian market.

In the presence of Gary Dawes, senior adviser of trade promotion and representative of the New South Wales Chamber of Commerce, the event gathered approximately 300 businesses from three major cities in Vietnam, including representatives of organisations and clubs, business associations, and exhibitors such as Auscham Vietnam, BNI Vietnam, 2030 Business Club, and the World Federation of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs in Vietnam (JCI Vietnam), among others.

Besides, the event also welcomed sponsors and companions such as Spire Property, Anxun Pan Ventures, Nam Chau Son Group, Natural Fruit, and Hoang Gia Pearl, among others.

In the framework of the event, Tien Thinh International and Nam Chau Son Group signed a commercial co-operation agreement.

Accordingly, the two sides will promote trade as well as business liaison with each other. Tien Thinh International will provide consultancy on agricultural and wine products import and export from Australia to Vietnam.

In addition, the firm will also provide consultancy to firms on how to proceed with legal procedures to trade in Australia.

Regarding the seminar in Hanoi, Tien Thinh International and Namlia Meats signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a joint venture company in Melbourne, Australia to support trade promotion and to become a focal point for importing and distributing Australian beef in Vietnam.

The chain of Vietnam-Australia Trade Seminars provided plenty of useful information for Vietnamese firms researching the Australian market and firms seeking trade networking opportunities with Australian businesses.

At the end of the workshop, participating experts also stressed how thoroughly Vietnamese firms should research Australian culture, and explained how to survey current market demand as well as to ensure that the quality of goods meets the requirements of import partners.

On August 5-6, 2018, Tien Thinh International will organise a tour to take customers to the exhibition named Food & Hospitality Queensland at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland, Australia.

Customers will have the opportunity to take part in exhibitions, trade fairs, partner and product searching, as well as to meet the government to directly ask for information on the food import and export regulations of Australia.
