Customer Care in Vietnam (CCAV), the first customer care non-profit organisation of Vietnam, will hold an opening ceremony to officially mark its establishment on January 6.
CCAV focuses on operational excellence, technology solutions to meet and exceed the business needs of local contact centers and customer care in general.
The main objective of CCAV is to grow the customer care industry in local market and provide direction, support and guidance for those who work in this industry to benchmark and apply the best practices for growing sustainable business in the competitive environment.
The ceremony to announce its operations in Vietnam receives strong sponsorship of international organisations including Cisco, COPC, Dimension Data, Teleopti and DSG Vietnam who will fly over to present the most update benchmarking information of the customer care industry in other developed markets.
CCAV now has more than 50 members of individual and corporate organisations from multinational corporations and top local organisations of different industries namely market expansion services, banking, technology, retailers and more.
