Ministry proposes changes in salary scales, payrolls in enterprises

The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs is collecting opinions from relevant ministries and departments about proposed amendments to Decree No.49/2013/ND-CP which aim to gradually reduce the State's intervention in the building of salary scales, payrolls and labour norms of enterprises, thus facilitating their operation.
