The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AusCham) will hold its 3rd annual symposium to provide investors with insights on the Vietnamese real estate market and give potential partners a chance for business matching internationally.

This year’s symposium, titled “Away to the Races” will drill into the “foreign” ownership and investment possibilities, provide insights into trends in Vietnam’s real estate market and arm attendees with the most up to date information on tax and legal issues.

Speakers include officials from the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Real Estate Association and economists from well-known domestic and foreign organisations such as VAMC, CBRE, Zico Law and KPMG.

The annual AusCham Real Estate Symposium, which started in 2013, will be held this year on September 15 at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake in Hanoi and September 17 at the Intercontinental Asiana Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City.

The symposium is expected to attract at least 150 participants in Ho Chi Minh City and 70 in Hanoi.
