Novaland, one of the biggest domestic real estate groups, has launched five of its major Ho Chi Minh City-based projects in Hanoi on September 26.

Following the successful exhibition of seven new projects in Ho Chi Minh City last month, housing developer Novaland Group went on to celebrate its 23rd anniversary by holding the exhibition offering five projects in Hanoi.

Bui Thanh Nhon, chairman of Novaland Group, said that the exhibited projects offered a distinctly modern living style and featured facilities that add sustainable value to the community and society at large.

The five highlighted projects are the Sunrise Riverside, The Sun Avenue, the Golf Park Residence, the Golden Mansion and The Park Avenue.

The Sunrise Riverside is located in Phuoc Kien Ward, in Nha Be District, in a 25-floor complex of apartments, offices for lease and a trade centre. The apartments have an area of 69-99 square metres valued from VND2 billion ($93,000) per unit.

The Sun Avenue stretches 500 metres along the façade of the Mai Chi Tho Avenue, directly connected to the Thu Thiem urban township and is just a 5-minute drive from the Ben Thanh market. The apartments are on offer at the selling price of just VND1.9 billion ($88,370) each on average .

Meanwhile, the Golf Park Residence, lying alongside the Thu Duc golf course in Long Thanh My ward of District 9, offers apartments from VND2.4 billion ($111,600) each. The residence offers a beautiful scenery, separate habitats, various amenities and a standard infrastructure residential area, meeting the requirements of a vacation home and a relaxing urban home at the same time.

The Golden Mansion is located at 119 Pho Quang Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, located between the large Hoang Van Thu Park and Gia Dinh Park. Also, Golden Mansion is located less than a 5-minute drive from the airport. This will be a convenient location for commuting customers who go to work or travel frequently by air. The selling price is VND2.4 billion ($111,600) per apartment.

Last but not least, the Park Avenue is located in the intersection of February 3 road and Le Dai Hanh Street, in District 11, in the proximity of shopping centres such as Lotte Mart and Parkson.

The Park Avenue with its 600 apartments has all the facilities required of a luxury apartment building. The apartments have an area of 55.7-109.2 sqm. and are valued from VND2.1 billion ($97,670).

Founded in 1992, Novaland has been the rising star of the Ho Chi Minh City’s real estate market. So far it has developed more than 25 projects throughout the metropolis. This year they have sold 3,700 apartments and bought 10 projects from other investors.
