City Garden condos ready for handover

One of Ho Chi Minh City’s top-end condo projects City Garden based in Binh Thanh district is near completion and will be handed over to tenants in July, according to the project developer City Garden Apartments Vietnam Ltd.

The 21-story Avenue Tower, one of the five buildings of the project, will be handed over first. The condos of the Boulevard Tower are also in the final stage. Some 80 per cent of them has been sold and will be handed over to customers in October.

The developer said the project’s infrastructure and landscape is being finalised, with 74 per cent of the project site covered with green space, children’s playgrounds, swimming pool, gym and jogging path.

“We are striving to bring customers an easy mindset and credibility to make them fell their investment into projects was a smart and valued choice. The project close to completion showcases our commitment to customers,” said project representative William Towne Baker.

The City Garden project comprises elliptical towers of 21-30 stories designed by the US-based Belt Collins with lush landscaped gardens and a stunning new community.

Boasting 927 stunning apartments across six towers and combining progressive architecture and integrated landscaping, City Garden is destined to become a landmark project in Ho Chi Minh City.
