One Contact is a MobiFone’s all-new comprehensive solution developed on mobile network background which was designed to meet mobile office growing trend.
Businesses when registered to use the service will receive a hotline number for their switching system which will handle all contacts relevant to them, including voice contacts and SMS.
Each company staff will have one extension number to connect to the system.
The launching of One Contact service aims to tackle almost disadvantages of traditional fixed switchboard such as only serving customers in working hours, costly infrastructure investment, costly charges and difficulties in managing work contacts and personal contacts.
Not only that, One Contact helps ensure readiness of businesses’ communications system, averting block-up situation. Besides, the service offers charge free calls and SMS for in-house transactions.
When One Contact is specifically earmarked to corporate customers, Funring Me is quite a new innovative function tailored to individual customers.
Funring Me allows service users to listen to their favourite songs or pieces of music they have chosen instead of switchboard waiting tone or the listeners’ tone music.
