Numerous large-scale luxury apartment projects being implemented in Hanoi’s small valleys have put pressure on social and traffic infrastructure.

These projects include Sao Anh Duong apartment project invested by Anh Duong Group in Hai Ba Trung district, Van Thai Group’s Sky Garden Towers project in Dinh Cong ward, and Star Tower project invested by Vietnam Construction and Investment-Design JSC in a small valley of Khuong Trung street.

Other two projects are Vietnam Motor Corporation (VMC)’s Pandora Nearby Villas project and TRACO JSC’s Dimond Blue Apartments Project in Trieu Khuc Street, Thanh Xuan district, according to residents’ opinion, once these projects come online, in collaboration with a university on the street coupled with the existing population density, they will lead overload the street.

With the exception of putting pressure on traffic, construction of Sao Anh Duong project also hides risk of occupational accidents.

The road in front of the project, which is only three metres wide without the sidewalks, has been seriously degraded.

The 41,700 square metre Pandora is steadily approaching completion.

The four-metre wide Trieu Khuc street is currently the only entrance of Pandora

Diamond Blue project, construction of which was started in early 2015, located near the Pandora project.

The gate of Trang An complex located on Phung Chi Kien street, a small valley of Cau Giay district.

Truong Dinh street usually suffers from traffic jams due to the high vehicle density.
