Additionally, the Ho Tram Sound Waves music event will be held monthly at the Fountains of Ho Tram, promising dazzling night-time entertainment for the audience. Besides, 13 restaurants and bars and entertainment programmes are ready to serve visitors.

The Ho Tram Strip received $1 billion of private investment capital from the US

With prices at VND2 billion ($88,105) for a condotel and VND7.9 billion ($348,017) for a villa, investors are guaranteed to receive 8 per cent profit on the net sale price in the first two years and a 9 per cent profit in the following two years.

From the fifth year, investors will receive 60 per cent of the net rental revenue, in accordance with the Rental Pool agreement. Investors also receive 21 free nights per year in their condotels or villas.

The company is working with leading international brand Wyndham Group to operate Kahuna Ho Tram Strip and to develop an international airport to attract international visitors to the Ho Tram Strip.

The high-end project is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2019.
