Indochina Land has won a handful of awards from the Asia Pacific Property and Hotel Awards 2012 in association with HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad.

Indochina Plaza Hanoi, the firm’s landmark development in Hanoi, was recognised as the top apartment and condominium in the country.

Having already been named Best Mixed-Use Development in Vietnam at the 2012 Asia Pacific Property Awards in Shanghai, Indochina Plaza Hanoi again stood apart from other condominium developments in the region, being named Best Apartment and Condominium for 2012.

Indochina Land has long had confidence in Indochina Plaza Hanoi and this recent accolade confirms that this belief in the strength of the project is also shared among experts internationally.

Commenting on the award, Michael Piro, vice president of Indochina Land, said: “When we began this project, our goal was always to build the best condominium in Vietnam – and now it’s official. We at Indochina Plaza Hanoi are proud to accept this prestigious award alongside our loyal buyers.”

In addition to praising the entire development, the award paid special attention to the signature Indochina Plaza Hanoi penthouses, which are unique in Vietnam.

Indochina Land was honoured with four other awards, including Best Resort Hotel in Vietnam for Hyatt Regency Danang, the newly opened resort and residential development that is transforming Vietnam’s Central Coast, and Best Sustainable Hotel in Vietnam for Six Senses Con Dao, Vietnam’s first property to be awarded the Green Globe 21 Certification.

Montgomerie Links Vietnam, the multi award winning golf course that houses the Montgomerie Links Residences, was Highly Commended for Golf Development in Vietnam and The Nam Hai, Vietnam’s premier luxury resort, was Highly Commended for Spa Hotel in Vietnam.
