Hapro Building launches sales

Savills Vietnam and Hanoi Trade Corporation (Hapro) will cordially launch sales to the potential investors and tenants for Hapro Building on September 21.

Located in Cat Linh street, Dong Da district of Hanoi, Hapro Building comprises five retail and nine office floors in which the total construction area is 22,500 square metres excluding two basements.

The project is developed by Hapro, a leading commercial and retail company in Vietnam, who currently owns and develops a series of commercial buildings in Hanoi and other provinces in the north.

Hapro Building is strategically placed at actively developing economy zone and only ten minutes driving to West Lake and Hoan Kiem Lake.

The office block provides around 1,000 square metre each floor, with convenience in interior design and layout of work space for tenants.

According to John Gallander, director of Savills Hanoi said that the building will be completed in the second quarter of 2012.
