Ford My Dinh dealership celebrates anniversary with promotions

Ha Thanh Ford, an authorised distributor under Ford Vietnam, inaugurated its new dealership last week in Hanoi’s My Dinh area.

The event showcased Ford’s robust development in Vietnam, as well as the firm’s commitment to ultimate customer satisfaction and an unforgettable buying experience by continuously expanding its sales and service network.

Open since May, 2013, Ha Thanh Ford has reported encouraging results so far to become one of Ford’s top three dealers in terms of growth in the north of Vietnam in just five months operating late last year. It is also the dealership that scored the fastest growth in 2013.

The dealership received a VND15 billion ($714,000) investment that included a showroom and offices built according to Ford global standards Brand@Retail II.

“The dealership is operating under the motto: Customer Satisfaction is our Happiness, and has excellent human resources, equipment and facilities to ensure customers get the best possible service and a great experience in using a Ford vehicle,” said Hua Thanh Binh, director of the My Dinh branch.

To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Ha Thanh Ford is offering a special promotion to its customers.

Accordingly, from June 21, on every Saturday, customers will receive general repair services for free. They can also buy spare parts at factory prices and may be eligible to win bonus vouchers valued at VND10 million ($476).
