FLC Chairman buys 10 million ROS shares

Quyet has sent a document to the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam and HCM Stock Exchange on the change of ownership at the corporation. According to the document, Quyet, the corporation’s largest shareholder, bought the shares in the three days of December 16, 21 and 23.

Prior to buying the 10 million ROS shares, the chairman held 279.56 million shares, accounting for 65.01 per cent of FLC Faros’s charter capital.

Following completion of the transaction, his shares at the corporation amounted to 289.56 million, equivalent to 67.34 per cent.

Quyet spent VND1.1 trillion to buy the 10 million shares at the ROS price of VND110,200 per share on December 23. His total assets were more than VND31.9 trillion ($1.39 billion).

His wife, Le Thi Ngoc Diep, also holds 20.2 million ROS shares. In total, the chairman and his wife hold 309.7 million ROS shares, or 72.4 per cent of the corporation’s total charter capital.
