First Season of ‘Project Runway Vietnam’ ends
Hoang Minh Ha won over the judges with his charming and elegant designs. He received a cash prize of VND500 million and will have a chance to introduce his winning collection in the well-known Harper’s Bazaar fashion magazine.
The jury for this year comprised of Vietnamese-American designer Chloe Dao, local designer Do Manh Cuong, Harpar’s Bazaar representative Tran Nguyen Thien Huong, and actress and model Ngo Thanh Van.
‘Project Runway’ is an American reality television series, premiered first in 2004. The show focuses on fashion design and contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes, but are restricted in time, material and theme. Celebrity judges whittle out contestants week by week.
