The Deutsches Haus, whose construction will begin soon, is a pioneering premium grade office tower strategically located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The 102-metre, 25-storey building consists of about 30,000 square metres, and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.

The modern German technology used in the building’s construction will provide an innovative commercial office space of exceptional quality, and will be home to Germany’s Consulate General and other German institutions, making it a focal point for German companies doing business in Vietnam and ASEAN.

“We hope that the Deutsches Haus brand and building will become a prime destination for German and Central European businesses and institutions coming to Vietnam and ASEAN, thus ensuring a high degree of occupancy,” said Horst Geicke, chairman and CEO of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt Ltd.

“We expect that Deutsches Haus as an icon will attract more German and central European investment to Vietnam and ASEAN. It will become a rendezvous point for business and cultural meetings, and a communication and exchange platform that will foster multifaceted relations between Germany and Vietnam,” he said.
