Lotte Legend Hotel Sai-
gon, a luxury river-front five-
star hotel in the heart of Ho
Chi Minh City, has just re-
opened its event spaces after
a fresh renovation. The ho-
tel’s major event spaces have
been fully transformed into
exquisitely-designed function
rooms with a complete range
of cutting-edge audio and vis-
ual equipment and a variety
of state-of-the-art meeting
and banquet facilities.
Understanding that not
all volunteers can spare sev-
eral weeks to work on a com-
munity project, Adventure
Vietnam has designed an
itinerary which allows travel-
lers to spend a couple of days
volunteering leaving time to
explore. The new seven night
trip includes participation in
a project helping disadvan-
taged children. To learnmore,
email Xuan Truong at sales@

VietJet has opened a
regular flight to South Korea
linking the capital of Viet-
nam with Seoul. The airline
will also operate a direct
route from Danang in Cen-
tral Vietnam to Seoul. On
the airline’s maiden flight
from Seoul to Hanoi, VietJet
staff proudly introduced Vi-
etnamese culture to Korean
passengers by performing a
traditional folk song called
Trong Com. Passengers were
also offered a Vietnamese
specialty - freshly grounded
coffee beans from Tay Nguy-
en (the Central Highlands)
- as a complimentary souve-
nir and a taste of Vietnam.
The five-hour long flight de-
parts Hanoi every night at
1:45AM and arrives in Seoul
at 7.55am.
Cat Ba Beach Resort is
implementing the Beautify
the Beach campaign to raise
awareness among staff and
tourists about their respon-

natural environment. Every
Saturday, 100 workers,
along with tourists, collect
trash, take care of the local
vegetation and clean up the
coastal environment on the
beaches of Cat Co I, Cat Co II
A and Cat Co II beaches.
