o welcome the New Year 2014,
ORFARM has officially launched
its first Organic Showroom in
Hanoi on the first floor of Build-
ing T28, Thang Long International Vil-
lage, Tran Dang Ninh street, Cau Giay
district, Hanoi.
Strategically located in one of the
most bustling districts of Hanoi, it offers
direct farm-to-customer service. Fresh or-
ganic and Global G.A.P vegetables are on
offer alongside processed products. Eve-
rything is grown according to Japanese
organic standards on the Bao Chau Or-
ganic Farm in Soc Son, 20km fromHanoi.
All products satisfy the guidelines
set out by Japan’s EMRO trademark us-
ing EM technology™ (Effective Micro-
organism). The technology is based on
the idea of a coexistence with native
and originally-dominant microorgan-
isms, not the exclusion of them. EM
technology has no adverse effects and
is in fact beneficial to plants, animals,
and humans.
EM technology allows the farm
to suppress the putrefactive microor-
ganisms. It does this by ensuring the
process of fermentation as opposed
to putrefaction. As a result, living or-
ganisms as well as inorganic materials
impede deterioration.
The prices of ORFARM organic
products are higher than average, but
their precious value to human health
and the environment are remarkable.
Besides providing clean, green and safe
food to customers, the company aims
to raise awareness of the importance
of a society based on co-existence and
co-prosperity.
Currently, the ORFARM showroom
provides such organic products as pork,
chicken, eggs and vegetables as well as
klobasa, salami, sausages and bacon.
All ORFARM fresh meats are frozen to
ensure the quality, hygiene and taste
of products.
