he economic climate may have
slowed the pace of golf course
development, but it certainly
hasn’t stopped it. Courses con-
tinue to open and most of them are of
higher quality than those in the past.
Famous golf course designers like Greg
Norman, Nick Faldo, Colin Montgom-
erie, and Jack Nicklaus are all making
their mark on Vietnam golf. This raises
the profile of Vietnam in the interna-
tional golf market, contributing to the
success of Vietnam becoming a legiti-
mate golf destination. Not only is the
quality of the golf courses improving,
but customer service at the courses is
also on the rise, with the increasing de-
mand for international standards. The
overall theme we are experiencing is
positive growth.
Within Vietnam, we are seeing
improvements to infrastructure which
directly contributes to the accessibil-
ity of the golf courses. New roads are
