will include an array of fresh
seafood and a lavish spread
of gourmet dishes, such as
European lobster, oysters,
French duck liver pate, seared
foie gras, lobster bisque soup,
nicoise salad, roast US rib eye
with Yorkshire pudding, roast
leg of veal, beef Wellington,
sautéed prawn Provencale,
duck leg compote with pear
ragout, seared salmon fillet
with lemon beurre blanc and
onion marmalade, and tuna
belly with caper sauce. A des-
sert extravaganza includes
cappuccino crème brule, ap-
ple charlotte, chocolate ruin
cake, lemon merengue pie
and mango crepes. All this
will be complemented by
free drinks.
