Dong Phuong Group
opened their new wedding
and convention centre,
The Adora Grandview, last
month at 421, Ngo Gia Tu,
Ward 9, District 5, Ho Chi
Minh City. This will bring the
number of wedding and con-
vention centres of the Dong
Phuong Group to six, with
a total of 46 banquet halls
under the Le Duong Phuong
and The Adora brands.
The Adora Grandview
is an awe-inspiring, stately
building - awhite castlewhich
seems to float on its own oa-
sis in the middle of bustling
District 5. Its seven banquet
halls are each named after
gemstones: Opal, Crystal,
Pearl, Ruby, Amber, Diamond
and Sapphire. The halls have
floor areas of between 726
to 1,000 square metres and
can accommodate between
500-1,000 people.
Dong Phuong Group
also operates another Adora
centre in Ward 3, Go Vap
district. In December this
year it will launch the Adora
Premium in Phu My Hung
New Urban Area in District 7,
bringing the total number of
its centres to seven.
Hilton HHonors, the
loyalty program for Hilton
Worldwide, has announced
a new alliance with Viet-
nam Airlines’ frequent fly-
er program, Golden Lotus
Plus. Under this partner-
ship, members of both pro-
grams can now earn Hilton
HHonors points and Golden
Lotus Plus miles when they
stay at any of the more than
4,000 participating hotels
within the Hilton World-
wide portfolio.
Through this alliance,
Hilton HHonors members
can earn 10 HHonors base
points and one Golden Lo-
tus Plus mile for every dol-
lar spent during their stay at
a participating hotel within
the Hilton Worldwide port-
folio. “This new partner-
ship allows Hilton HHonors
members more opportuni-
ties to earn points and air-
line miles, in addition to the
current travel partnerships
with over 60 leading airlines
across the globe,” said Wil-
liam Costley, regional vice
president, Southeast Asia,
Hilton Worldwide.
He added: “It further of-
fers them unparalleled op-
tions when making travel ar-
rangements worldwide.”

Thien Minh has an-
nounced two new properties
under the Victoria Hotels &
Resorts brand: the Victoria
Nui Sam Lodge in Chau Doc,
Vietnam, and the Victoria
Xiengthong Palace in Luang
Prabang, Laos. Set deep in
the Mekong Delta, on the hill-
side of the famous Nui Sam
Mountain, Victoria Nui Sam
Lodge offers clients mag-
nificent panoramic views of
the delta in a truly unique
location. The Lodge will also
serve as Thien Minh Group’s
vocational training hotel, the
first of its kind in Vietnam.

Xiengthong Palace is an archi-

means customers can select
the size of their portion and

now available in two sizes -
10oz and 6oz – while a new
